Built around what you check every morning.

Five logins to answer one question is not a dashboard. We ask what you actually look at, put those numbers on one screen, and leave the rest out. Add a tile when a new question comes up. Move them around. It is your screen.

  • Your questions, not a templateCars per bay, tips by employee, cash versus card, whatever you run the business on. If the data exists, it can be a tile.
  • One screen, every systemYour booking page, your texts, your ordering, your point of sale, your Google listing, your accounting. Built by us or not.
  • Numbers you can trustEvery feed is checked daily. If one breaks, we fix it before the number goes stale.
  • Your staff see their day, not your revenueEach person gets their own view. No shared password.

Review needs a reply3 stars from Jordan P. A draft in your voice is ready.

Only interrupted when it matters.

You should not have to open anything to know the business is fine. The brief comes as a text at 7. A Monday note sums up the week in plain words. In between, you hear from it only when something needs a decision, and the decision is one tap.

  • The 7am briefYesterday’s numbers, today’s plan, and the one thing that needs you. As a text, in plain words.
  • A buzz with a suggestion, not a chartNo-shows up? It suggests a deposit for new customers and turns it on when you say yes.
  • The Monday noteWhat happened last week and what is coming, sent to you. Not a report you have to open.
  • Quiet when things are fineNo daily digest of nothing. If you hear from it, it matters.

Everything, built to fit how you run.

Your numbers, your questions, your phone. Not a report you have to learn.

One screen, every system

Bookings, sales, orders, reviews, money and staff, from the systems we built and the ones you already use.

Your tiles

The four or five numbers you actually check, and any question that comes up later. Add, move, remove.

The 7am brief

Yesterday, today, and the one thing that needs you. A text, in plain words, every morning.

A buzz when it matters

Low stock, a failed text, an unusual day, a review that needs a reply. With the fix drafted and one tap to say yes.

The Monday note

Last week in plain words. What went well, what slipped, what is coming.

How it works.

Step 1 · You tell us
Two quick picks and your details. That’s it.

We come back with what we’d build, how it would run and what it would cost. A call only if you want one.

Step 2 · The build
We build it for you.

Your questions, your systems, your phone. You see your screen with real numbers before it goes live.

Step 3 · Launch and support
We launch it and keep it running.

Live under your name. Watched daily. Help whenever you call.

Questions owners ask us.

Is it monthly, or can I buy it outright?

Two ways, and the choice is yours. Most clients stay on a monthly subscription: we build it, host it, monitor it daily and keep it current, and you can end it whenever you like. The alternative is a one-time licence, which is the permanent right to run the software rather than ownership of the code behind it. A licence includes a full year of maintenance, renewable after that. Either way it runs under your name and your customer data stays yours. Every build is quoted on its own, because no two are alike.

Where does the data come from?

From the systems we built for you and the ones you already use. Square, Toast, Clover, QuickBooks, Google, your booking page, your texts, your ordering. If it has data, we can usually pull from it, and we tell you up front if we can’t.

Can it show the numbers I actually care about?

That is the whole point. You tell us what you check every morning and what you wish you could see. Those become the tiles. If the data exists somewhere, it can be a tile.

Do I have to log in every day?

No. The brief comes to your phone as a text at 7. A Monday note sums up the week. You open the screen when you want the detail, not to find out if things are fine.

What if a number looks wrong?

Tell us. Every feed is checked daily on our side, and a broken connection gets fixed before the number goes stale. If something still looks off, we trace it to the source with you.

Can my staff use it?

Yes, with their own view. A detailer sees their bays and their day, not the whole business’s numbers. A manager can see more if you want them to.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The same screen fits your phone, and the brief and alerts come as texts, so most days you never open anything.

What if I open a second location?

Add it. One screen for both, or one per location, and a line that compares them. Same brief, one text.

What happens if something breaks?

We are watching every feed every day. Most fixes happen before you notice. And you can always call us.

Your numbers, on one screen.

Two quick picks and you’ll see what we’d put on your one screen. We usually reply within one business day with what it would cost.
