These cover this website. The work we do for you is covered by whatever we agree in writing before we start, and that agreement always wins over this page.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, share it and quote it. Please do not copy the whole thing and put your name on it, and please do not try to break into it.
What is on the screens
Every example on this site is made up. The businesses, names, prices, appointments and messages in the demos are illustrations of how the tools work, not real customers and not real results. We do not publish client names or client screenshots.
Sending us the form does not hire us
Filling in the Get started form is an enquiry. It is not a contract and it does not commit either of us to anything. We will reply with what we would build and what it would cost. If you want to go ahead from there, we put the scope, the price and the terms in writing first.
What we promise about the site
We keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it as it is. We do not guarantee it will never be down, and we are not liable for losses arising from using or being unable to use the website itself. Our work for clients is a separate matter, covered by our agreement with them.
Links out
Where we link to someone else, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
