Can I pay monthly instead?
Yes. If you would rather not pay it all upfront, we have monthly options that spread the cost out, with hosting and changes looked after while you pay. Ask for one when you send the form, and it comes with your quote.
How is this different from Wix, Squarespace or a template?
Those give you tools and leave the work to you. We design, write and build the whole thing from scratch, then host it and look after it, built around the one action you need visitors to take.
Do you rebuild my current site or start fresh?
Whichever gets you a site that brings calls faster. We look at what you have and tell you which, and why, in the plan we send you.
Will it look like my business, or like a template?
Like your business. There is no template. Every page is designed from a blank page around your business, your services and your colors, built around the one thing you need visitors to do.
Do I have to write anything?
No. We draft every page from what you already tell customers, and you approve every word before it goes live.
What about photos?
We use yours if you have them. If you don’t, we source images that fit your business. We don’t do photo shoots, so we won’t promise one.
Is SEO included in the price?
Not in the website price. Every site we build is fast, clean and ready to be found. Ranking takes ongoing work: pages for the searches your customers type, and your Google listing kept active. That is a separate monthly service, priced to your market, and you can add it whenever you like.
Can you do SEO on a website you didn’t build?
Yes. You don’t need us to rebuild it. We audit what you have, fix what is holding it back, write the pages that are missing, and keep your listing active. If the site itself is the problem, we tell you, and a rebuild is your call.
Will it show up on Google?
With our search service, it climbs over time for the searches your customers actually type in your area. We write pages for those searches, keep the technical side clean, and keep your listing active, which is what local search rewards. Nobody honest promises a position.
What about my Google listing?
It is part of the search service. We set it up or clean it up, verify it, answer reviews in your voice, keep hours and photos current, and watch for suspensions and duplicates.
Who owns the site and the domain?
Your domain is in your name from day one, whichever way you pay. Buy the site and it is yours from launch. On a monthly plan, it becomes yours once the plan is paid off. Your content and your customer information are always yours.
Can I change things later?
